The 4th of July is here, with the summer season in full swing.  As is customary in the sneaker industry, many of the top brands pay tribute to this independence day of the United States with special releases inspired by the stars and stripes.  The festive holiday seem more appropriate this year as the Summer Olympic Games are just around the corner.  Our Spotlight Special looks at one of the most creative pairings in the sneaker industry – Adidas and Jeremy Scott.  Waving high like the United States flag is the Adidas Originals x Jeremy Scott Wings 2.0 – USA.

Adidas Originals x Jeremy Scott Wings 2.0 - USAAlways taking the bold and shock approach, the mis-matched Wings 2.0 fits the USA theme perfectly.  A leather upper has a base white color for this thick and bulky high cut shoe.  The stiff wings flare wide from the collar carrying the white and red stripes on the left shoe, while the right has white stars printed over a bright blue backdrop.  The Jeremy Scott signature logo is stamped on the insole, with a caricature depicted on the back tongue.
